Matthew Williams

Associate Attorney

Matt was born and raised in Hinesville, Georgia. A graduate of Liberty County High School and Armstrong State University, he began his career in the insurance industry, earning licenses in property, casualty, life, accident, and sickness before working as a sales agent for GEICO. After graduating magna cum laude and second in his law school class, Matt began practicing in Georgia’s Atlantic Judicial Circuit, representing clients across Liberty, Long, Bryan, Evans, Tattnall, and McIntosh Counties. He later transitioned to insurance defense in the greater Atlanta area, representing some of the nation’s largest auto insurance carriers.

Today, at Jarrett & Price, Matt uses that insider experience to fight for the rights of injured individuals and their families. His background gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate, negotiate, and defend claims—allowing him to anticipate their strategies and build stronger cases for his clients.
